vmware_dvswitch - Create or remove a distributed vSwitch

Synopsis
- Create or remove a distributed vSwitch
 
Requirements
The below requirements are needed on the host that executes this module.
- python >= 2.6
 - PyVmomi

        If set to  yes, please make sure Python >= 2.7.9 is installed on the given machine.
